Passed away on Monday, April 1, 2024 at the age of 76.
Beloved husband of May Burns for 57 years. Cherished father of Robert Burns (Susan), and Cathy Bois (Steven). Grandpa of Kori, Zachary, Emma, Adisyn, and Noah. Predeceased by his parents Nelson and Luella Burns. Brother of Ellen Paquin (Claude), predeceased by brother Walter Burns and sister Judy Barton (Eric). Brother-in-law of Marg Jones (late Tom). Joe will be missed by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
