BUONOMO, Donato - Peacefully at the General Hospital on Monday February 20, 2006 after a one year struggle with cancer. Donato Buonomo at the age of 69 years. Beloved husband to Maria for 48 years. Loving father of Teresa Cicchello (Ottavio), Gino Buonomo (Jane), Rose Berry (Jack) and Darlene Dailey (Brian). Cherished grandpa of Christina, Carla, Deanna, Daniel, Felix, Hunter, Forrest, Avery and Ryan. Son of the late Felice and Rosa Buonomo. Dear brother of Maria DiLollo (late Tony), Peter Buonomo (Josephine), Nicolina Giaconelli (Gino) of Toronto, Vincenzo Buonomo (Paola) of Calgary, Giovanni Buonomo (Giovanina) and the late Dolores DiSisto (Joe). Son-in-law of the late Gennaro and Angela DiFilippo. Brother-in-law of Pasquale DiFilippo (Angela), the late Anna DiIanni (late Pasquale) and Giovanina Martella (late Jim) of Toronto. Donato will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Wednesday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass at St. Gregory's Church on Thursday February 23, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. with Monsignor Victor Amadio officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations made to the S.A.H. Cancer Clinic or to St. Gregory's Church Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
