Bumbaca, Amelia Frances (nee Scali)

(April 26, 1930 - April 26, 2013)  Born in Sault Ste Marie, ON. Passed away peacefully at home in Woodbridge, ON after sharing her 83rd birthday with family. Beloved wife of Joseph for 62 years. Cherished mother of Anthony, Cathie and Nick(Maria). Loving Nonna to Dimitri and Isabella. Dear sister of Abbie (Rena) and sister-in-law Irene. Predeceased by sister (and in-laws) Rosie(Eugene), and brothers Joe(Norma), Louie(Mary) and John. She will be missed by her large extended family and many dear friends. A heartfelt thanks to all those who contributed to mom's care and comfort, including her wonderful caregiver Marverley.  Visitation was held Tuesday, April 30th and Wednesday, May 1st 2-4pm, 6-9pm at Ward Funeral Home 4671 HWY 7, Woodbridge. A Funeral Mass was held Thursday, May 2nd, 11am at St. Margaret Mary Church, 8500 Islington Ave, Woodbridge. Interment  at Beechwood Cemetery, 7241 Jane St., Concord.
