Peacefully at the General Hospital with her family by her side on Saturday, September 30, 2006 at the age of 75. Beloved wife of the late Floyd Budge. Daughter of the late Helen Brown. Loving mother of Allan (Rita-Rhea), Helen (Eddie), Freddie (Marlene), Jimmy and Richard (Mary). Proud grandmother of 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Dear sister of Allen Brown (Jen), Ron Brown (late Alon), Kenny Brown (Babe), Pauline Teskey (late Lawrence), Florence Garside (late Jack) and the late Lee Rivard (late Fred). Fern is survived by many nieces and nephews.
