BRIEL, Hazel

Sadly, we announce the passing of Hazel Briel at the Sault Area Hospital on Monday, August 27, 2012 at the age of 90.  Beloved wife and best friend of the late Ernie.  Loving mother of Barbara Currie (Jim), late Robert (Sherry), and Keith.  Dear grandma of Michelle Ngoie (Jean), Michael Currie, Kimberly Cleghorn (Hugh), and Corrine Bertolo (Darcy).  Loving great grandma of Abigail, Adrien, Joshua, Tyler, Drew, Alexandra and Kayden.  Special aunt to many nieces and nephews.  Best friend of the late Millie Martin. Friends are invited to Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road  945-7758) on Thursday, August 30, 2012, at 2:30 p.m. for a memorial service in the chapel with Father Hamish Currie officiating.  Interment at Greenwood cemetery urn garden.  Memorial donations to ARCH or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.  Special thanks to the Red Cross, Revera, CCAC, and the staff at Van Daele and the Sault Area Hospital for their care and compassion.  www.northwoodfuneral.com
