BRAIDO, Anja (1931-2023) - On July 6, 2023 our mother passed away peacefully at the Ontario Finnish Resthome with her son Michael and daughter Rebecca by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Angelo (Skeets) Braido. Anja leaves behind her three children, Rebecca, Michael (Debbie) and Robin. Stepmother of the late Rod (Phyllis). Proud grandmother of Susannah (Mike), Michael (Tamara), Mike (Karen), Jeff (Sarah) and Christopher. Her ten great grandchildren include Alexis, Ashlyn, William, Spencer, Tyson, Taylor, Paxton, Mikaila, Nylah and Jordan. Predeceased by her parents, Bruno Jalasjoki and Inkeri Humalamaki. Sister of Eila Fawcett (late Reg). Mom will be terribly missed by all.

As the last surviving member of the original Braido family, I know that mom will be warmly welcomed by her in-laws Angela and Angelo Braido as well as their ten children and their spouses.
