Passed peacefully in his sleep at the F.J. Davey Home on March 23, 2021 at the age of 91. Archie is now reunited with his beloved wife Vera, and sons Dale and Mark.
He will be greatly missed by his daughter Gurperkarma (Marilyn “Jill”) Khalsa (Guru Singh), son Terry (Ruth) and his daughter in law Donna.
He will also be missed by his grandchildren Sopurkh Khalsa, Haripurkh Khalsa (Scott), Courtney Siklosi (Brian), Trevor Bradley, Jason Murray (Jaime) and Mitchell Bradley. Archie was blessed with 7 great grandchildren with one on the way.
His good friends, Dennis and Maureen Smith will also remember Archie with fondness and love.
Dad loved travelling, his boats, camps, three-wheel tricycles and spending money. He had many wonderful friends over the years, and always had a story to tell for all who would listen.
He had a rich and fulfilling life, involved in many small businesses and ended his career as a SSM fire fighter.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at the F.J. Davey Home, Driftwood 1, for their kindness and loving support of Archie and his family.
Cremation has taken place. A family memorial will take place at a later date.
