Passed away suddenly at home on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the age of 63. Loving husband of Shirley Jackson for 30 years. Cherished father of the late Shane, Tammi (Rick), son-in-law Boomer, Rick (Sarah) and the late Shawn. Proud Grampy of Courtney (Dustin), Cheboe and Chelsee. Great-grampy of five. Brother of Beverly Barron, late Nick (Colleen), late Gary (Glenda), Andy (Beverly), Dennis and sister-in-law Liz Boyko. Predeceased by his parents Nicholas and Mabel Boyko. Brother-in-law of the late James Gordon (Doreen), Fred Gordon (Sandra) and late Louis McFadden (late Ralph). Richard will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. At Richard’s request, cremation has taken place and a “Celebration of Life” will take place on Thursday, December 14, 2017 between 4 pm and 9 pm at the Moose Lodge (Trunk Road). Memorial contributions to Heart & Stroke Foundation or Humane Society would be greatly appreciated. Richard was known for dedication and hard work ethic in a variety of jobs throughout his life.
