Peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at the age of 58 years. Wanda Ann Boyer of Batchewana First Nation, daughter of Eunice Boissoneau (late Thomas), wife of the late Jim Boyer and loving mother of Lana Chevrier (Brian) of Nipissing First Nation and Dean Boyer (partner Dawn), Carrie Virta (Kyle), Maureen McLeod (Kurtis) and the late Dawn Boyer of Batchewana First Nation. Beloved sister of Linda Penasse (partner Leonard) of Mattagami First Nation, Gwen Kennedy (Marty) of Kentucky, Dee Dee Boissoneau, Barry Boissoneau, Debbie Robinson (Henry), Steve Boissoneau (Lorraine) of Thunder Bay, Kathryn Skov (Myles) of Edmonton, Warren Boissoneau (Madeline), Connie Belleau (Bob), Lonnie Boissoneau (Lesa) and the late Gerry Boissoneau (Evelyn) of Garden River First Nation. Loving grandmother of Lester, Briana, Samantha, Joshua, Julia, Isaiah, Kevin, Lucas and predeceased by Aisha Dawn. Godmother of Greg, Chad, Annette, Serina, Lee, Ashley, Bobby Jean and Trudy. Great great great aunt to many many nieces and nephews. Remembered by staff and employees for her 20 years of service as Canteen Supervisor at the Rankin Arena.
