At home on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at the age of 67. Beloved son of the late Leone and Arnold Bovingdon.
Dear brother of Cindy Bernard (Stan). Predeceased by his siblings Birdie Davey (late Fred), Lynn Bovingdon (late Arlene) and Ted Bovingdon (wife Zona). He will be remembered by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Special uncle and friend to Kim Laity. Cherished friend of Rick and Carmelina Spry. Dennis met with a lot of challenges in his life but was always friendly and kind hearted. He loved his family, his apartment was filled with photos of his loved ones. He also loved music and movies. Conversations were filled with music lyrics and quotes of lines from old movies. When visiting Dennis, your time ended with him saying "let me walk you out and don't leave empty handed". You always had to leave with a small memento. He will be missed.
A private graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery at a future date. Memorial donations (payable by cheque or online) to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
