Passed peacefully on Monday, April 28, 2008 in her 89th year at the Tendercare Nursing Home to be reunited with her husband the late Harry Blades (1991). Cherished mother of Ken (Franca), Nancy Grant, Sue Key (Bob), Norman (Liz) and Bev Burlington (Garry). Loving grandmother of 16 and great grandmother of 17. Sister of Grace McConachie (late Harold) and the late Helen Gamble (late John). Sister-in-law to the late Vi Edwards, Lil McDonald, (late) Irene Thompson, Betty Baker, Margaret Jackson. A memorial service to be held at Delmoro Funeral Home in Toronto on Saturday, May 3, 2008 at 11 am. Interment to follow at Glendale Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
