Peacefully at the Thessalon Hospital on Tuesday, June 8, 2004 in her 82nd year, wife of the late Norris Bird. Loving mother of John (Shirley) and Clarence Bird, both of Thessalon. Special grandmother to Steven and Mike Bird. Dear sister of Pearl Brock and the late Edith, Alex, Emma, Margaret, William, Ada, Irene, Elmer and Clarence (Verna). Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Resting at the Thessalon Bible Chapel on Saturday, June 12, 2004 from 1 p.m. until time of service at 3 o'clock. Interment in Pine Grove Cemetery. Donations to the Algoma Manor Relocation Fund gratefully accepted.
