We are saddened to announce the unexpected passing of our loving wife, mother, nana, sister, niece and friend to all. Beloved wife of Randy for 40 plus years. Proud mother of Jordan (Katie), Jason (Nancy) and Tammy Berry (late Robert). Nana of Jayme, Logan, Benjamin, Riley, Isla, Rosie and the late Everly. Special niece of Eugene Martin “Unkie”. Sister of Terry Ableson (Eric) and Brenda Laderoute (late Don). Auntie of Miranda (Derek), Nathan, Michael (Chelsea) and Darren and great Auntie of Addie and Grady. Sister-in-law of Dave Bird (Heather). Predeceased by her mother Gail Martin (nee Fogal). Will be deeply missed by her many friends.

Cindy loved summertime and being outside. She enjoyed the beach, kayaking and gardening. She was an incredible storyteller and never missed an opportunity to have a conversation with friends or strangers. Cindy was an extended mother to her children’s friends by always creating a warm and safe place for all to gather. She was proud of her children and grandchildren and never hesitated to brag about them or their accomplishments. Holidays held a special place in Cindy’s heart. She enjoyed having a full house, being surrounded by family and friends and the joy of laughter.

Cindy was loving, caring, compassionate and thoughtful. She never said no to her grandchildren …. unless their parents were in ear shot and she would always extend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Her laugh was recognizable, infectious and could fill a room.

We will forever miss her smiling face and her sincere big hugs.

The family wishes to thank the paramedics, O.P.P. and staff at Beggs Funeral Home for their compassion and kindness.

Donations to NSHN Thessalon Auxiliary or a charity of your choice.
