Our beautiful earth angel has gained her wings and we are heartbroken to announce the peaceful passing of our mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother at the Algoma Manor, surrounded by her loving family in her 90th year. Reunited with her beloved husband Maurice and son Robert (Debbie). Forever loved and missed by her children Guy (Chris), Carole (Jean Yves Gauthier), Joanne King (Chuck), Gerry (Brenda), Marc (Jean), Linda (Denis Lecompte) and Mario (Angelisa). Loving Mémère of 17 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Treasured sister of Rosa (late), Gertrude (late), Fernande (late), Germaine (late), Therese, Adalbert (late) and Rolande. Remembered by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Special thanks to Joanne for lovingly caring for Mom through the years and to the staff at Algoma Manor for their compassion and kindness.
Lou enjoyed quilting, knitting and cooking. She volunteered at the Algoma Manor and St. Ambrose Catholic Church where she was a Eucharistic Lay Minister.
