8 years young. Tragically with his mother on April 20, 2006. Harley is survived by his loving and dedicated father Douglas (Dougie) Baxter and his beautiful sister Haley May and his Auntie Ann. Harley will be sadly missed by his Grandma Elodie (Lola) Baxter, his dear friend Wayne Goodchild, his many aunts, uncles, cousins, classmates, teachers and friends. Harley's boundless love, infectious laughter and brilliant smile could light up a room. We will all hold on to our memories while God holds Harley.
