It is with deepest sorrow that the family of Alfred Barill announces his passing to join his beloved wife June and siblings. Alfred passed away peacefully on September 20, 2011 at the age of 89 years at the F. J. Davey Home with family at his side. Father of Bill (Mary), Rod (Donna), Rita (Donna Wilkie), Pam (Ken Gibbs) and Chris. Grandfather of 9 and great grandfather of 7. Predeceased by his parents Fred and Merle Barill. Brother of the late Bert (Lorraine), late Raymond (Terri), late Bob (Bertha), late Warren (Terri), Nan Zilinski (late Johnny), late Bernie, late Sonny, late Gary (Sharon), Colleen Carbone (Tony), Marlene Thompson (Art), late Ducky (Murielle), Jackie Fry (Bud) and brother Tommy. Brother-in-law of Bruce Fleming, Lorna Mutch, Jeanette Maki (Jim), Bessie Fleming, late Hub, late Wesley, late Kip (Cecile) and late Gary (Laura). He will be missed by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Family and friends are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Saturday, September 24, 2011 from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service in the Chapel at 12 noon with Mary Alice Policicchio officiating.
