Passed away peacefully after a brief battle with cancer on Sunday, August 12, 2012 at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice in his 77th year. Beloved husband of the late Erika. Dear father of Ron (Rose) and loved grandfather of Shalene. Loved brother of Gerry Aube (late Dorothy), Rose Carrier (late Rene) and the late Irene Carrier. Brother-in-law of Anna Fletcher (late Donald), Erich Dezelak, Emil Dezelak (Katherin), Egon Dezelak and the late Edward Dezelak. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. At Leon’s request, there will be no funeral services held. Memorial contributions to the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) would be appreciated by the family.
