After a life well lived our Matriarch passed away peacefully at the F.J. Davey Home on March 9, 2023 at the age of 98.
Daughter of the Late Henry Selin (Annie Corti) (Monica). Beloved wife of the Late Wilbur (Bud) Atkinson. Cherished mother of Late Barbara, Roger (Jacqueline), Mildred Jr. and Randy (Terry). Sister of the Late William (Edna), Late Clifford (Patsy), Late Jack (Irene) Late Bobby (Lucette), and the Late Roy. Special Sister to Arthur (Marie).
Proud Grandmother of Patti-Lynn (Nathan), Ronda (Jeff), Late Erik, Keri, Stephanie (Chris), Anne (Jon), Robert (Linn), Alena (Erik) and Ryan (Riley).
Great Grandmother of Jessica (Dustin), Jacob (Adrienne), Nick (Nash), Mitch (Amanda), Mikayla, Ben, Autumn, Levi, and Axel. Great-Great Grandmother of Joey and Lincoln.
As per Mildred’s request, cremation has taken place. There will be a private celebration of life held during the summer. For those who wish to honour Mildred’s memory, we ask that you make a charitable donation to the F.J. Davey Home.
