ARTHUR, Gerald “Gerry”

Passed away suddenly after a battle with cancer at the Sault Area Hospital on Tuesday, February 14, 2012. He will be deeply missed by his wife Darlene (Anderson) of 33 years. His children Michael, Koren and Jennifer. Step-father of Richard (Pauline), Melody (Luc), Sheldon, Nichoel (Johnathon). His family will remember him thru his sense of humour and teaching. His grandchildren Tyler, Eric, Amanda and Logan. Step grandfather of Dereck, Jarret, Chance, Amanda, Kayla and Melissa. Step great grandfather of Angelica, Lynn-Starr, Gabriole, Melony-Rose and Damian. Predeceased by his sisters Jean, Linda and Aldene. Brother in law of Ronald (Carole) and Dennis (Roberta). Also survived by many nieces and nephews and friend to all who knew him and will be greatly missed by all. Gerry lived his life to the fullest enjoying aerobics, golfing, hunting, fishing, reading, travelling and many canoeing and camping trips. At Gerry’s request there will no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place. Memorial contributions to the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
