Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital, General Site with her family by her side on Thursday, January 10, 2008 in her 76th year. Beloved wife of the late Erkki Annala. Loving mother of Helena Annala, Heikki Annala, Sinikka Cooper (Les Webster) and Maarit Steinwedel. Proud grandmother (Mummu) of Craig, Kirsi, Eric, Liisa and Mitchel. Special companion of Pentti Torala. Mirjami will be sadly missed by family and many friends in Canada and Finland. A funeral service will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Sunday, January 13, 2008 at 3 pm. Rev. Rudy Hyvarinen officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
