Allhusen, Stella G. (Tulloch)

A very special mother, grandmother and G.G., Stella passed away gently and peacefully on Friday February 1, 2013 after a wonderful life of 97 years.  Stella is now reunited with her late husband Claude ( 1995 ).  Wonderful mother to Lorraine Graham and her husband Frank, devoted grandmother to Michael and Martin and wife Kim. Proud G.G. to Kaitlin,  Liam and Melissa.  Predeceased by 1 sister and 4 brothers.  Loved and respected by nieces, nephews and cousins.  She cherished her friendship with Sandra Vissagio and Joan Spooner.  Stella will always be loved and remembered.  You can shed a tear that she is gone and you can smile because she lived well.  The family sends a special thank you to the kind and compassionate staff at Golden Birches who were diligently involved in her physical, social and emotional care for the last three years.  Stella never enjoyed being the centre of attention and to honor her wishes there will be no funeral service.  A private family graveside gathering will be held at a later date.  Memorial contributions to St. Saviour’s Church or Golden Birches appreciated.  Arrangements are entrusted to Menard Funeral Home, Blind River, Ontario.  www.menardfh.com
