Suddenly at the Sault Area Hospital after a brief battle with cancer on Tuesday, May 16, 2006; Ellis Allan in his 73rd year. Cherished husband of Emily. Beloved father of Karen Bedell (Bill), Kathy Favaro (David Finnessy), Joe (Marianne), Gord (Kellie), Ruth Eakett and Jane Rawson (Brian). Proud Papa of Kristie, Willie, Allan, Adam, Sarena, Ashley, Johnny, Zavier, Malcolm, Courtney, Maggie, Evan, Parker, Jett and Tessa. Great grandfather of Avery and Brooklin. Dear son of Nora Allan (late Leonard). Brother of Gladys Strom (Clare), Harold (Louise) and the late Glenn (late Marilyn). Brother-in-law of Bert Parker (Edith), the late Bob Parker (Chris), Sophie Matheson (late Allan), Grant Parker (Grace), the late Eileen Burry (Harry) and Mitchell Parker (Claudette). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Ellis will be missed by his coffee buddies.
