Peacefully at Golden Birches Terrace, Blind River, surrounded by his family on Sunday June 26, 2011. Herbie Albert, in his 84th year husband of the late Laura Albert. Loving father of Linda Mailhot (Guy) of Elliot Lake, Ronald Albert (Tootsie) of Massey, Michel Albert (Rosemarie) of Worthington and William Albert (Bill) of North Bay. Special grandfather to 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Dear brother Gloria Marinoff (Harpo) and Marion Belanger (Frank) both of Blind River, Rita Helton (late Al) of Troy Michigan, Mae Prestage (Bill) of Clawson Michigan and predeceased by brothers Elmer, Pete, Roy and Dorion and sisters Edna, Ruth and Sylvia. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends. Friends may call at the Menard Funeral Home, Blind River on Tuesday June 28, 2001 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Funeral service at Paroisse Ste. Famille, Blind River on Wednesday June 29 at 10 o'clock. Interment in Hillside Cemetery, Blind River.
