Fit Bodies Fit Minds is combining yoga, glow, painting and music for an evening extravaganza, taking place Thursday, Oct. 5 at Delta Hotels Sault Ste. Marie Waterfront.

Glow and Flow #ignitethenightinwhite2017 is an opportunity to get out, get active and have fun.

Doors open at 7 p.m. Attendees are invited to brush themselves in glow paint, mingle and enjoy a glow-in- the-dark juice from Vibe Eatery and Juice Co. 

A 75-minute Glow and Flow (yoga flow class) will commence at 8 p.m. Please BYOM (bring your own mat).

Tickets are $50, which includes the 75-minute yoga class, glow juice and appetizers, glow accessories, Doterra oils, and free giveaways and prizes throughout the night. 

A portion of the ticket proceeds will be donated to the Healthy Kids Community Challenge Community Takeout Days. 

A cash bar will be available.
