TeamRecruiter, in partnership with the Sault Community Career Centre, is hosting an online hiring event on Wednesday, Sept. 28, for full-time, contract, Customer Care Specialist positions in Sault Ste. Marie.

TeamRecruiter is currently hiring for 16 full-time, contract, Customer Care Specialist positions in Sault Ste. Marie, for a government client recently selected for Forbes’ prestigious list of Canada’s Best Employers 2022.

The position offers $23 per hour and is hybrid – a blend of remote work from home and in-office work. It is a contract position for approximately 7 months with a strong possibility of extension. Candidates must have a suitable (private) work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection and the ability to work in-office occasionally.

Ideal candidates will have previous customer service experience and strong computer and typing skills. Candidates must be able to work 40 hours per week and a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous contact centre experience is an asset but not required.
