Do you have an extra room or house you wish to rent out or are you thinking about renting space to students? If so, Sault College is here to help! Join us on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. in M1030 (located off of Northern Avenue) to learn more about how we can connect you with our students who are interested in living off-campus.

This year the College will welcome a record number of international students and a healthy cohort of domestic students who will be looking for accommodation. This activity greatly contributes to our local economy and this is an opportunity for current and potential landlords to be a part of this economic opportunity.

During the information session, staff from the College will be providing information on how you can advertise your rentals in a way that will reach our students, provide general information on the needs of our students and help to answer your questions about advertising your rental property.

“We welcome all area landlords or those considering becoming a landlord to our information session,” said Emily Milito, Manager Housing Services, Sault College. “This will be a great opportunity learn more about how to connect with our students who are searching for off campus housing.”

Parking is free anywhere on campus. We hope to see you there!

If you are unable to attend the information session and have a rental vacancy, please click here. If you have general inquiries, please contact the Sault College Residence Office at 705.759.2554 extension 2684.
