CMHA presents Sault Ste. Marie’s Ride Don’t Hide on June 21, 2015. 

With only a few short weeks to go we have reached 27 percent of our goal!

You still have time to register or pledge a rider. 

Jaimee Bigras, who  will be participating in our ride shares her personal experience and why she is riding:

“Mental health is a subject that is near and dear to my heart.  Six years ago, I lost someone very important to me and mental illness.  We had no idea.  He was an incredibly hard working, smart man who would have done anything for his family.  Someone you know could be fighting the same battle my step-father had to fight, alone.  We need to raise awareness and end the stigma so that people who are feeling this way aren’t afraid to speak out.”  

CMHA Rides will be hosted in four provinces and over 30 communities with the aim to engage over 6000 participants and raise $1,000,000

Please join us at Bellevue Park to register between 9 and 10 and choose a 5 km or 25 km ride along the hub trail. 

We will celebrate with a barbeque after the ride.
