Since purchased in February 2014 by Lisa Damignani and husband Mark Trudel, O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre has experienced several new and exciting changes including an interior renovation and the addition of a new fleet of vehicles.

As a privately owned establishment, O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre is proud to be the only local family owned and operated Funeral Home in the community.

For this reason, the staff at O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre strives to provide the best possible care for you and your loved ones during the emotional experience of preparing a funeral.

In the spirit of giving this holiday season, O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre plans to donate $5,000 to members of the local community and their selected charities of choice through a Facebook campaign.

From December 1 until December 25 2015, O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre will give $100 dollars to one person per day and $100 to their selected charity of choice.

Patrons interested in participating are asked to go to the Facebook page of O’Sullivan Funeral Home and comment on a daily post in order to qualify.

Patrons can comment once daily up until 11:59 p.m. each day.

A winner will then be randomly selected.

The following morning the name of the randomly selected commenter will be announced as well as a new post for others to comment on.

Once a winner is selected, the post from the previous day is no longer valid and patrons will have to revisit the business Facebook page to comment in order to qualify.

Patrons must follow the following criteria to enter:

1) Comment #Giveback on the post created for that day
2) Name ONE Charity of Choice they would like to see benefit and
3) Explain very briefly why they have selected the charity.  

One person will be selected daily and cheques will be mailed directly from O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre to those randomly selected and to their named charity of choice.

A total of $2,500 will be given to name charities and $2,500 to those who participate.

Tis’ the season for giving and we appreciate the amount of engagement and support the community has shown O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre during our transition.

For that reason we could not wait to #Giveback to the community of Sault Ste. Marie.
