For many of us who live in Northern Ontario, winter can be a trying season both physically and mentally. Our bodies become more susceptible to illness. Going outside for fresh air and exercise can feel unbearable. The list of challenges goes on.

If you’ve struggled to maintain or achieve health and wellness during the winter season, we are here to help. The Sault Ste. Marie Centennial Library, in partnership with The Country Way, is hosting a Winter Wellness Information Session on Thursday, Feb. 1 from 2 - 3:30 p.m. in the program room. Join the conversation!

Certified holistic nutritionists, Jaime and Sophie, from The County Way, will share best holistic health practices for winter health and wellness.

This is a free program. Registration opens on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2018. Please register at the Sault Ste. Marie Centennial Library located at 50 East St. or call the Reference and Information desk at (705) 759-5236.
