Get outside, have fun, and make a difference at the Miracle Mile Colour Blast presented by Community First, a Division of Your Neighbourhood Credit Union! It’s the Rotary Club of Sault Ste. Marie’s most colourful fundraiser of the year. Join hundreds of participants as they run, walk, and wheel (using mobility devices) down Queen Street in front of the Rotary Community Day Parade. Participants have the option of going through three colour stations on their way to the final blast in the GFL Memorial Gardens parking lot.

The minimum amount of pledges for an individual is only $20 and includes a shirt, sunglasses, and Colour Blast Pack for the final blast. This event is for all ages and fitness levels. Families of up to two guardians and three children under 18 can participate with a minimum of $40 in pledges and will receive two t-shirts, while children under two can participate for free.

“Community First, A Division of Your Neigbourhood Credit Union, is proud to be sponsoring the Miracle Mile Colour Blast Run for the sixth year in a row,” shared Rose Gioia, Community Events Specialist, “We have watched this run become one of the favourite events during RotaryFest for individuals, families and groups of friends. Our staff enjoy participating on the side lines as they splash the runners with colour, and this year will be taking pictures with our Colour Blast photo props as runners cross the finish line.”

Pre-registration is strongly advised to ensure you are able to get your t-shirt size of choice and takes place Friday, July 19 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Center, or participants can register the morning of Saturday, July 20 from 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Center.
