Local dealership, Great Lakes Honda, has been recognized as a Honda Driving Excellence Dealer, as part of the Canada-wide Honda Driving Excellence Initiative. The Honda Driving Excellence Initiative measures customer satisfaction in regards to how happy and satisfied customers are with their experience at the dealership.

Dealerships that achieved an overall score over 70 per cent were honoured with this achievement as a Honda Driving Excellence Dealer. “This award was based on customer feedback for sales, service experiences, training completed by our team, and the overall customer experience! A lot of it had to do with how customers felt about their experience here,” said Francine Floreani, dealer principal.

Dealerships were also graded in a number of other categories, including: mystery shoppers in both the service and sales departments, the financial department, service after the sale and more. On Wednesday morning, Great Lakes Honda employees were awarded with a jacket and the dealership received a plaque presented by Tiberiu Zamfir, Nick Pollice, Swaine Wellington, and Stephane Dupuis from Honda Canada to celebrate this accomplishment.

Great Lakes Honda is one of the Honda dealerships to receive this honourable award, out of the 81 Honda dealerships in Ontario, all of which participated in the Honda Driving Excellence Initiative.

“The customer is our number one priority. Our processes are all designed with the customer in mind and our team is always looking for new ways to ‘wow’ our customers! Receiving this acknowledgement from Honda Canada is truly incredible. As a dealership, to be recognized for our commitment to our customers is an honour and huge achievement. Kudos to my team, for all of their hard work,” explains Francine Floreani.
