Ever wonder if you have a green thumb after all?

Now’s your chance to find out.

Residents are being offered the opportunity to learn the basics of how to grow a vegetable garden with a gardening workshop taking place at the Sault Ste. Marie Museum.

Gardening 101 Workshop/Jardinage de base will cover the basics of vegetable gardening, whether you want to start an indoor or outdoor garden (or already have one but could use some tips).

The workshop, for aspiring gardeners ages 17 and up, will provide supplies for a hands-on experience with seeding and planting.

Participants will also get access to physical and digital resources to better grasp the material and continue to learn after the workshop.

There are four workshops in total and attendees have the option to register for all four sessions for $75 or just one session for $20. Workshops will start on Saturday, April 22, the museum said in a news release.

The Sault Ste. Marie Museum is at 690 Queen St. E.
