Activity-filled evening includes test-drive event, live music, cars, prizes and more

On Friday, September 11, 2015, Highland Ford is bringing two great events – Ford Motor Company of Canada Ltd.’s innovative Drive 4UR Community program and the 5th Annual Great Northern Round Up Harleys & Hot Rods Show - to the Sault Ste. Marie community to raise funds for the Military Families Fund and Crime Stoppers.

“We’re excited and proud to be able to bring the Sault Ste. Marie community together with an evening of great events supporting two wonderful charities,” says Darren Smyl, dealer principal, Highland Ford. “Not only does it give us the opportunity to give back, but it allows us to celebrate our community, have fun and showcase Ford of Canada’s high-quality vehicles and innovative safety technologies.”

Starting at 6 p.m., event attendees are invited to participate in the Drive 4 UR Community program by test driving a Ford vehicle.

For every person* who takes a no-cost test drive, Ford of Canada will donate $20.

Since the start of Ford’s Drive 4 UR School and Community programs in 2010, more than $5.5 million in donations has been raised for schools and charities in Canada.

It will be a car-lovers dream as the 5th Annual Great Northern Round Up Harleys & Hot Rods Show, organized by the Mustang Club of Northern Ontario, brings classic cars and muscle cars, Hot Rods and trucks, and for the first time, Harley-Davidsons all to one place.

Owners and enthusiasts will be on-hand to showcase and discuss their vehicles and share their personal stories.

There will be a live music performance by Rock ‘n’ Roll tribute band Flathead Ford, a BBQ, as well as many prizes to be won.

The deadline for $10 pre-registration is Wednesday, September 9.

The first 100 participants will receive a complimentary gift bag!

Registrations after the deadline and at the door are $20.

All proceeds to go Crime Stoppers and Military Families Fund.
