Employment Solutions, in partnership with Extendicare Van Daele, will be hosting a job fair on Wednesday, Jan. 23 from noon to 4 p.m. The job fair will be held at Employment Solutions, on the 4th floor of Station Tower at 421 Bay Street.

Extendicare prides themselves on helping people live better – whether that means getting you back home or helping you transition to long-term care in comfort and with compassion. Working together with you and your family, Extendicare provides comprehensive nursing, medical, therapeutic and rehabilitative care to people with a wide range of individual care needs, from clinically-complex to recovering after surgery.

Extendicare Van Daele is looking to fill over 15 casual and part-time positions. Multiple casual positions for RN, RPN, PSW and Dietary will be available, as well as part-time PSWs and a Ward Clerk.

If you have Long Term Care experience, a Clean Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Check, are up to date on immunizations and are willing to work all shifts, then Extendicare would be a great fit for you.

Those interested in applying should attend the Extendicare Van Daele Job Fair on Wednesday, January 23 at Employment Solutions. Please come prepared for an interview, with a resume, references and proof of graduation, from noon to 4:00 p.m. Proof of immunization and Criminal Record Check are encouraged to have available at the job fair.

RNs and RPNs must be in good standing with the College of Nurses, and Dietary candidates must have successfully completed or be currently enrolled in a Food Service Worker Program.
