Bruce Mines Food Bank needs volunteers

BRUCE MINES & AREA FOOD BANK

The Bruce Mines & Area Food Bank is funded partially by Social Services but could not operate without the generosity of the community. 

Many people donate food and money and the United Church donates space for storage of goods and for the operation of the food bank every week. 

This is very much appreciated but volunteers to work at the Food bank are also needed.

The Food Bank is located in the basement of the Bruce Mines United Church. 

A volunteer commits to one Wednesday morning a month from 9 a.m. until noon. 

Some lifting and carrying of canned food is required. 

You always work with another volunteer.
