ROTARY CLUB OF SAULT STE. MARIE

The Bell Celebrity Skate & Swim presented by Agero has been an important fundraiser for youth in our community for over twenty years.  The Rotary Club of Sault Ste. Marie is SO CLOSE to reaching a cumulative total of ONE MILLION DOLLARS raised for Rotary Youth Projects, but we can only do it with the Sault’s help!

Taking place Tuesday, November 8th at the John Rhodes Community Centre from 6pm to 9pm, the event will include swimming in the pool and skating with the Soo Greyhounds. Admission is a minimum of $35 in pledges, but participants who fundraise above-and-beyond the entrance requirement will take home amazing prizes. 

This event isn’t just for individuals – it’s also a fantastic team fundraiser! To participate as a group, you must have a minimum of five members participate by raising the minimum of $35 per person.  After the event, as long as you qualify as a team, Rotary will send you a cheque for 50% of the total your group raised.  It’s that simple!

The top fundraising hockey team will win a free one-hour Pool Rental (John Rhodes Pool) and 3 pizzas. The top fundraising non-hockey team will win a Holiday Inn Express pool party including 3 pizzas. All teams who raise a total of $1,000 or more will receive a team party at Northcrest Bowling. Every member of a team that raises $5,000 or more will receive one mini drone. Team members also qualify for the individual prizes.
