Agawa Crafts and Canadian Carver is having a job fair

The Sault Community Career Centre, in partnership with Lake Shore Salzburger Hof Ltd., Agawa Indian Crafts and Canadian Carver, will be hosting a job fair on Thursday, Mar. 16 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. The job fair will take place at the Sault Community Career Centre, 503 Queen Street East.

Salzburger Hof is looking to hire a general resort worker, a housekeeper/resort worker, kitchen helper assistant, and resort front desk staff.

Agawa Crafts and Canadian Carver are looking to fill positions at the retail stores (10), grocery store (8) and at the Canadian Carver (6). They are also looking to hire gas attendants (10).

If you are interested in applying, but are concerned about transportation out to Batchawana Bay located forty-five minutes north of the Sault Ste. Marie, the employers will provide daily transportation from one set pickup/drop off location for a set reasonable fee. Scheduling is based on twelve-hour workdays.

Transportation to Lake Shore Salzburger Hof Ltd from Sault Ste. Marie will not be provided, though room and board is available at the resort for successful applicants.
