41st annual Terry Fox run will be virtual again this year

Join Canadians across the country in Fundraising for Cancer Research in the Annual Terry Fox Run on Sunday, Sept. 19, 2021.

The Terry Fox Foundation has announced that the Terry Fox Run will once again be virtual this year with millions of Canadians determined to honour Terry’s legacy by supporting or participating in virtual runs across the country, raising funds for cancer research.

In honour of Terry Fox’s Marathon of Hope, the annual Terry Fox Run brings together Canadian communities across the country to celebrate Terry’s legacy and raise critical funds for cancer research.

The Foundation is proud to announce that the 41st Terry Fox Run will once again take place, safely and virtually, connecting millions across Canada and the world. You can learn more by going to the Terry Fox Foundation website.

Locally, for the past 40 years participants have gathered together in support of the Terry Fox Run and have raised $677,325.09. We invite all to join and participate in the annual Terry Fox Run, one day, your way in support of cancer research.
