White Oak Paint – 1 vs. Brookfield Power – 0

This game was the first of two in the B Division Quarterfinals. Both teams came out ready to play, after having a week off because of the March Break. The two teams were held scoreless in the first two periods as goaltending took center stage. White Oak struck early in the third period, as Elaine Angelic was able to put one passed Brookfield's Lorie Springall. Picking up assists on the goal were Sarah Fischer and Doreen Shaw. Brookfield gave everything they had, but White Oak's defense stopped them at every turn. White Oak Paint now goes onto play Source for Sports in the Semifinals.

Crawford's Canines – 2 vs. Lafarge – 3

This was the second quarterfinal game in the B division. This game had it all, end to end action, scoring, penalties and an overtime period for a winner to be decided. Crawford's got on the board first, early in the first period. Scoring for Crawford's was Carrie Mancuso, assisted by Sue Sherrard. Lafarge didn't waste anytime getting one of their own less than two minutes later. Scoring for Lafarge was Jenn Blahey, unassisted. At 12:24 in the third period, Lafarge's Blahey scored her second of the game and probably the biggest of the season to tie things up at 2 a piece, sending the game into Overtime. Both goalies came up big, making keys saves when they counted most. Lafarge scored the winning goal off a bad bounce that deflected off of Crawford's defenseman and into the net. Scoring the winning goal was Heidi Frech, assisted by Blahey. Lafarge moves onto play B&J Trucking in the second Semifinal.
