In the title matchup on Wednesday night at the John Rhodes Community Centre, the Scollard Hall Bears from North Bay blanked the Wolverines 3-0.

Earlier in the day, the Wolverines clashed with the Bears in the final game of the round robin with the teams skating to a 2-2 tie.

St. Basil also represented the city at the playdowns but were eliminated on Tuesday after falling 4-3 to White Pines and 9-0 to Scollard Hall.

Anthony Silvano scored twice for the Wolverines with singles going to Josh Houselander and Chris Spring. Brendan Coccimiglio replied with two goals for the Saints and Izaak Wickstrom potted the other.
