George Wilson served notice on Thursday night at Laird International Raceway that he is on the prowl for a late model points championship.

In the second week of the season, Wilson started by claiming the Fast Car Dash and then went on to win both heat races before claiming the checkered flag in the feature.

Roddy Bolduc and Cory Furkey each recorded three top three finishes while Michael Gold finished fourth in the feature after placing second and third in the heats.

Jerry Artuso returned to Laird in fine fashion by sweeping both heats and the feature in the modified division.

In the factory stock division, John Hamilton won the feature while heat wins went to Dick Wellwood and Chuck Fawcett.

Cody McLean had a solid night in the stock four division by winning the feature and the first heat. Jason Herrington captured the second heat.

Action continues this Thursday with racing beginning at 7 p.m. and qualifying at 6 p.m.
