Wheels on Ice at Runway Park

The following are the results from the Wheels on Ice show at Runway Park on Saturday afternoon.

* In the ATV division, it was Jeff Witherall taking the pro division over Joe Charette and Don Pezzutto.

* In the Motocross Bike class, it was Jason Wonch beating out Jason Marshall and Marcel Brown for the under 250 division and Terry Wright edging Tyler Fullerton and Rick Hindermier in the 250 plus.

* In the MX Pros, it was Chris Strachan over Jay Palumbo and Gord Strachan.

* In the Go Cart class, it was Terry Wright beating out Scott Greenwood and Nick Kozak.

* The Stock Four race cars made and appearance and it was Mike Baraluk finishing ahead of Jake Irwin and Dave King.

Well over 500 spectators took in the festivities on the third mile banked ice oval.

Next action for the Wheels on Ice at Runway Park will be Saturday, March 3rd at noon, weather permitting. Registration is at 10 a.m. with racing at noon.
