Sault College's women's hockey team will begin defence of its American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) national championship this weekend in style.
The team hosts Adrian College for a pair of games at the Northern Community Centre. Prior to Saturday's game, the team will raise its national championship banner.
The national championship trophy will be on display at 6:15 p.m. prior to the game with the banner raising beginning at 7 p.m.
The men's team is also in action this weekend with home games against Lake Superior State University, also on Friday and Saturday nights.
