U-11 Civic boys reach semi-finals

The Scotiabank U-11 Boys Civic soccer team, in their season debut, reached the semi-finals in tournament play. The Civics lost to the eventual tournament winner Byron Athletics (London) 4-2 in the semi-final.

The Civics lost to the eventual tournament winner Byron Athletics (London) 4-2 in the semi-final. Goals were scored by Adam Berg and Nick Smith.

In the quarterfinal game, the Scotiabank Civics defeated the Southwest Euros(London) 3-1. Goal scorers were Anthony Stefano, Josh Grawbarger and Brandon Grandinetti.

In the preliminary round, they tied Sarnia 2-2 and lost to Oakridge FC, 1-0. Both goals were scored by Anthony Stefano.
