Algoma University captured the first annual ladies summer basketball League championship behind Lara Stilin's 21 points and Lauren Pekalski's 16 points verses Smack Daddy's.

Smack Daddy's was led by Shauna Conway's 23 points and Stella Viotto's 10 points.

Algoma University finished the season with a perfect 10-0 record including their playoff run. Algoma University won the title by a final score of 67–45.

The most valuable player award of the game was given to Lara Stilin.

Men’s Finals

Team Supreme did not let up and took home the championship with a controlling win over Team Colizza 98–51.

Team Colizza was a fan favourite after they upset 7 Strong in the semi-finals.

The leading scorers in the championship game were Andrew Turgeon with a game high 46 points, which included nine three pointers, along with Jeff Rennison’s 16 points for Team Supreme.

Leading scorers for Team Colizza were Pat Murray with 18 points and Mark Thorburn with 14 points.

Andrew Turgeon was the game’s most valuable player.
