Thanks to a 25-0 victory by the Tri-City Outlaws over the Oakville Longhorns, the Sault Steelers will face the Toronto Raiders in their opening round playoff matchup.

The Steelers secured third spot in the Northern Football Conference standings with their 56-3 victory in Sarnia on Saturday.

The game will be a 7p.m. kickoff at Rocky DiPietro field on Saturday night.

The Raiders finished the season with a 4-4 record. After staring the season 4-1, the Raiders have dropped three straight games heading into Saturday, including a 12-10 loss to the Toronto Maddogs, who needed a win on the final day to secure the eighth and final spot in the NFC playoffs.

Other playoff games in the NFC next weekend include: the Toronto Maddogs at Tri-City to take on the Outlaws; The Sarnia Imperials taking on the Oshawa Hawkeyes; and the Oakville Longhorns hosting the North Bay Bulldogs. All four playoff games are set for Saturday night.
