It will be a battle between the St. Mary’s Knights and the Sir James Dunn Eagles for both High School Football League city championships this weekend.

On Saturday afternoon, the Knights and Eagles each advanced to the junior division city championship game after scoring semi-final wins.

The junior city final is scheduled for Saturday at 1 p.m. at Rocky DiPietro Field.

The Knights used touchdowns from Curtis Travaligni, Bronson Kovacs, Matt Buchan and Mike Martens in a 28-1 victory over the Korah Colts in one semi-final. Ricky Lamon added four converts.

In the other semi-final, the Eagles upset the previously unbeaten St. Basil Saints 7-0. Scoring details were not available.

In senior, the Eagles and Knights battle for the city title on Friday at 7 p.m. at Rocky DiPietro Field.
