St. Mary's is going to the OFSAA semi-finals

In quarterfinal action at the Girls AA OFSSA basketball championships in New Liskeard, the St Mary's Knights defeated Holy Trinity Titals 53-35 to advance to Saturday's Final Four. Semi-final action is scheduled for 10 a.m.

In quarterfinal action at the Girls AA OFSSA basketball championships in New Liskeard, the St Mary's Knights defeated Holy Trinity Titals 53-35 to advance to Saturday's Final Four.

Semi-final action is scheduled for 10 a.m. against East Elgin of Aylmer.

Leading the way for the Knights was Kira Favaro with 12 points. Kathleen Thorburn continued her scoring ways by chipping in with 10 points. Kyleigh Binkley added seven points and Britteny Denneny six.
