The St. Mary's Knights begin their defense of the High School Football League city championship with tryouts for the new season beginning next week.
Both the junior and senior teams will hit the field starting Monday, August 28.
Interested players in both divisions are asked to meet at 10 a.m. at the St. Mary's football field.
