St. Mary's and Scollard Hall in NOSSA semi-final

The St. Mary's Knights will face North Bay's Scollard Hall Bears in the Northern Ontario Secondary Schools Association (NOSSA) senior football semi-final this Saturday. Game time is 1 p.m. at Rocky DiPietro Field.

Scollard Hall captured the Nippissing District title with a 31-20 win over the West Ferris Trojans on Saturday afternoon in North Bay.

The semi-final winner will host the NOSSA final against the Sudbury city champion, which has yet to be decided, on Saturday, November 11.

The NOSSA champions then advance to the Northern Bowl against the Thunder Bay city champion at the Rogers Centre in Toronto on December 7. The Northern Bowl is part of the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Assocations (OFSAA) Bowl Series.
